    I wish immense positivity around me

     The world can be a dark place. You may feel like you are surrounded by negativity, and that it's suffocating you. There can be so many reasons why this is present in your life right now, and they are valid. But what if you could change the way you see the world? What if you could surround yourself with positivity?




    It may seem impossible to catch up on all of those negative thoughts, but here are some ways to start feeling happy again:


    It's true that we live in a world of anxiety. There are so many forces competing for our attention, and it's difficult to feel relaxed and calm in the midst of it all. 

    However, this is not just a problem that affects you on the outside. Stress, frustration, irritation and other negative emotions feed into your life from within too.     Being surrounded by negative people can have a negative impact on you. This is because negative emotions are contagious. When we're around angry people, for example, we're more likely to become angry ourselves.
