    Sleep and Survivor


    Preppers and survivor need to sleep. Whatever might be the situation without a good sleep prepper can’t hope to keep the body fit to face disaster. So consider the matter to have a sound sleep. We all know that 8-hour sleep for a 24-hour long day is must for a human being. In fact, there is no alternative of a sound sleep at night.



    Less sleep than to need would make one tired that will hamper usual job and ultimately cause an acute physical problem. For a deep sleep at night afternoon or evening exercise might bring a good result. Don’t go to have exercise just before sleep. Take light food for the night. Avoid oil and spices at night food as those might cause stomach trouble result in no or less sleep. Maintain a routine to go to bed to sleep. Even, if you like to bed at daylight, keep a time sanctioned for day sleep.

    Keep your environment silent and dark as sleep need a quiet and dark climax. Plan for your regular life and job.  A haphazard daily life will bring so much tense for the simple matter that will harm your sleep along with beautiful dream. Limit day rest as more sleep at daylight could compel you to pass a sleepless night. Beware of taking caffeine because caffeine keeps sleep away. Don’t make more tea or coffee.

    When you find no sleep after taking some measures, consult your doctor. The typical situation can help you to have enough sleep. Bur, we often get a victim of too much tension, and anxiety is the prime cause of not having a sound sleep. On the other hand while one is to face survival situation usually people get good tension for existence. But think what the alternative is either to face disaster and try to survive. The survivor must try to keep pressure aside and engage in acting better for what is needed to survive. If he gets success to remove his tension and goes with all sort of physical work required for survival gear, then sleep must appear. So, besides food and water or shelter prepper must consider the case of sleeping. How to relax in any situation might be an excellent training course for the preppers.

    Sleep at the reasonable period and sleep at disaster must have some differences. Sleep is the same physical process for the usual and emergency time. But during disaster survivor need to take proper safety measure while sleeping. If there is a group to survive then the adult could enjoy sleep by tern. Who does not yet able to sleep without sedative they should take the preparation of collecting such sedative while to survive. If there is any green substance, they could try to use that during a disaster.

    Wise people say that sleep takes a human to the mist of life and death feelings. But this panic utter never make people avoid sleep. Rather men like to enjoy beautiful dream with a sound sleep. One real survivor should take rest as one of the physical and moral gears for surviving a disaster.
