    Keep going, stay in there and believe in you

     It's the end of the year, and if you're anything like me it feels like there are too many things to remember. The kids need to finish their projects, your boss is breathing down your neck for that report, and you're coming down with something. You might be tempted to just stay in bed all day and call in sick. But before you do that, here are some tips on how to keep going when you just don't feel up for it.




    Let's face it, we are all our own worst critics. We have a tendency to compare ourselves to other people and find ourselves lacking in some way. It can become a vicious cycle that makes us feel like we can't win. But the truth is, the only one who knows you best is you. There are so many wonderful things about you that no one else knows or appreciates about you and your body just as much as you do. You know what your body needs to feel its best, and you know what makes it feel good. So don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
