Russian GRU officer responsible for - MH 17?

Bellingcat investigation is an open source investigation. They have identified that Russian military intelligence officer is a suspect for missile launcher transportation which had shot down Malaysian airline MH-17. Place was eastern Ukraine. In that happening 298 people were death. 

However, Moscow rejects claim.
