My first job was at a restaurant. I was so excited to finally be able to make my own money and go out with friends whenever we wanted! My first paycheck came, but after taxes, it only amounted to $100.00. I felt so let down. I spent all of my money as soon as I got it, and then all of my paychecks were the same amount. My parents had to help me out because I had no idea how to manage my money on such a small income.
