Beautiful art in Watercolor paper

Watercolor paper is a part of drawings now days. Drawing is the outcome of an imagination which is in a disguise form in our mind. These hidden imagination makes us creative. How to do that? We have ways with watercolor, acrylic, pen & ink, marker, colored pencil, normal pencil, charcoal, and pastel. Only need canvas,i,e watercolor paper. 

 During my visit to louvre museum in Paris, I found an amazing art. It was an art of a river and there were lot of trees along side the river. So beautiful and mind touching. Those were the creation of long back.

So what about modern creation?  Why we canto make our children creative? Is watercolor paper too costly?
