Homeless people should have dog

A debate was going on. I was observing the debate. There were a huge crowd and shouting was going on. Some of them were told that homeless people should not have a dog. I donto agree with this. The debaters were telling that the person who is unable to meet his food and shelter, how he will meet the food of the dog?


Once upon a time man had a wild existence and used to live in the forest. The dog was his only friend. How that man can tell that we should avoid the dog when the condition is homeless?
