Smuggled case - BUK Missile

Missile came from Russia and shot down the flight MH17, Investigator said. The source of Missile was with 53rd antiaircraft brigade of Russia. The brigade was based on western city of Kursk. Conclusion was supported by evidence and legally convening and time to start up international court, told by investigator.    

In June 2014, Russian military convoy that fired Buk missile from a launcher. The important thing is that some separatists group of Ukraine which was backed by Russia and good amount of  undercover troops of Russia were fighting against Ukraine government at that time. The Buk missile launcher was seen some occasions at that time as the convoy made its headline towards south. 

There were a smuggled case and Buk was smuggled across the border into Ukraine and carried into the red low-trailer with a white Volvo cabin. It was spotted in rebel-held territory. On 17 July it fired a Buk 9M38 series missile from a farm near the village of Pervomaisk, investigators said. The loss of life was 298 persons on-board.
